The location is outside the busy tourist area of Athens which was fine for us. They also stored our luggage while we visited the islands for a week, a service that we very much appreciated. We stayed an extra few nights after the islands to see Acropolis and other attractions, we used taxis and the subway to get around which worked fine. The hotel staff are excellent, friendly, and extremely helpful with any request. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The bistro and the garden are perfect for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We had 3 dinners and all were excellent. We also thank Stavro, who works in the bistro, he couldn’t be nicer. He gave us the idea to visit Aegina Island on a day when we had no specific plans which turned out to be a fantastic day. read less

The outdoor restaurant was such a beautiful setting for a quick bite. The beds were comfortable and the shower was spot on. We got a family suite which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was delicious: my boyfriend said the scrambled eggs were the best ever! When we come back to Athens again we will stay here! So nice calm after long working days , perfect in the garden , just to sit and take a drink with the colleges , sleeping like a stone in this comfortable beds is just a good start I to the new day.

My stay was less successful than most of the other reviewers (I will explain) but I have still awarded a “very good” rating to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt.
I had a corner room, on the facade towards the road. And it is a busy and noisy road pretty much all night. I couldn’t get to sleep at all. This was partly the noise but also the fact that the room was at 29 degrees Celsius and I couldn’t get the aircon to blow cool. I would have called Reception to come and help but it was after 1am and also I was not dressed to “receive guests”.
So I resorted to watching the tv and then I had to contend with the first tv remote I have ever seen which does not have a Channel + and – button to go up and down the channels. This might seem trivial, but as an English speaker in a foreign hotel, I do what everyone does – and that means going through all the channels until you find something in a language you can follow. So the remote had the standard Volume + and – rocker button, but the other rocker button (the Prog + and – on any other tv in the world) was for Brightness!! Obviously not the intellectual brightness of the ergonomically challenged designer of the remote. So you tap in the channel number manually, and as with a lot of hotel internet-driven televisions, each channel change takes several highly frustrating seconds. Just rubbish and intolerable when your patience is already stretched by other things.
So a sleepless night due to noise, sweltering heat in the room (cold, wet November outside) and a ridiculously stupid tv remote. read less

Couldn’t be better Expectations met as always. Not my first visit and surely not my last. Excellent value for money and breakfast was just great. Special mention to the reception team morning staff in the dining room. Thanks again for everything.

Excellent experience Very nice location in general, where the hotel is placed inside a small park. The room was spacious, in good condition and the view (corner room) really nice. The breakfast was very nice and with a real taste and flavors, where the service was excellent.

Modern, clean hotel, friendly staff, pretty far from restaurants We stayed 2 nights in this clean and well equipped hotel. Due to the distance from restaurant areas it is probably more for business travellers than for tourists. The staff was always friendly and efficient.
