New Cancellation policy

For reserved stays until June 30, 2020, at any Domotel Hotels and Resorts, our guests may:  

– modify for free their reservation for a future date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) 

– Cancel their reservation without penalty and receive a credit voucher for the full value of their reservation for use at the same hotel during the following 18 months. To cancel and receive a credit voucher, please contact the hotel directly.    ○ 

For NEW reservations made between May 1 and June 30, 2020, at any Domotel Hotels & Resorts, our guests may:
– modify for free up until 24 hours prior arrival, their reservation for a future date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions)
– Cancel their reservation without penalty up until 24 hours prior arrival,  

• Non-Refundable reservations can be canceled without penalty and our guests will receive a credit voucher for the full value of their reservation for use at the same hotel during the following 18 months. To cancel and receive a credit voucher, please contact the hotel directly

*From the above cancellation policy, Domotel Agios Nikolaos Resort is excluded for the period 01-31/08/2020
